Transport

Discuss evolution of transport and its importance.

The need for transportation started after the agriculture took a boom and the homo sapiens had to trade. As it grew so did the importance of exchange of goods. For long duration means of transport were either achieved by walk or carts pulled by animals.

Many people believe that with the industrial revolution implied quick need of business and this made it difficult to catch with the old systems. Something more faster and reliable way was required to take the largely produced commodities from one place to another. More stable systems to get raw material and to provide the final product had to be established. With the advent of automobiles and trains, which itself was another product of the growing inventions, it was clear that these would rule the whole transportation system. Ships were quite ancient way of trading but to take the produce to every nook and corner was still not possible by them. Furthermore, it is quite clear that till today railways and roadways hold this baton.

Some feel that the actual pace of logistics improved after the aircrafts started to take the important goods, it is the air travel that brought the world closer. There is no denying in the fact that there has been a substantial growth in this area since the flight carriers started to handle the fragile items. World has been in distance of just one or two days since then. Upcoming technologies like drones and driverless taxis as well as automated public transport are going to ease the systems very soon.

To conclude researchers are quite confident to avoid delays as well as safe transport the autonomous way of transport is going to be the future and the overall improvement is targeted for everyone. In my opinion this would definitely make world a better place.
