Hello Joe,

Hope you are doing well! With your marriage upcoming in few months I believe you must be very busy these days. I am writing with regards to our upcoming visit to Goa, I know this bachelors party with we three musketeers has been planned since a long time. I am excited for this exotic travel more than anyone as I have never been there.

I am disheartened to say that there is an emergency situation at Kiran's, as her brother broke his hand in a small accident in her home. She has asked me to convey this and plan accordingly. You don't have to worry about anything just there is a short change in our hotel venue and dates.

Kiran has mentioned she would be good to go a week later as her parents would arrive at her home to take care of her brother. I have already checked with the hotel, unfortunately they do not have any rooms during second week of February. Instead they have confirmed a beach resort under them near Baga beach. Please let me know your convenient times as well as the venue. Apologies again but I will take care of all the things you just have to join us.
