Physical fitness is very important for every individual. Being healthy has great impact over any person, it also has mental benefits. Sport and Exercise shape overall persona. It is always encouraged historically to have great health in order to survive in challenging situations.

Exercising or playing any outdoor sport not only increases oxygen level in blood but also helps in getting rid of the excessive fats. In addition, detoxification of the body is another added advantage which has been proved by many dieticians. Although more emphasis is been put over the workout patterns, healthy eating is prominent aspect of any physical activity gain. Such habits maybe painful at first to adapt but once they are inculcated in life, anyone can be fit with good looks added. 

Many researches have proved that overall gains are unlimited but one vital component is mental effect. Scientists have already observed that there is a boost in brain activity with improved decision making ability, especially by playing team sports like football, Cricket, some athletics as well as badminton. It makes a huge intellectual growth with a great hold on leading skills. Even the corporate culture encourages such activities under the team building activities. It empowers people to face troubled situations sportingly and gives an upper edge to be patient in such times.

In conclusion health and mental benefits of sports and exercising are tremendous and one should not underestimate it. In my opinion one should at least take one sport to practice daily or have a definite exercising habit like running or swimming.
