You recently ordered something online. When the delivery came it was not complete.

Write a letter to the company. In your letter: 

->Explain what you ordered and what was missing from your delivery

->Explain the importance of this delivery

->Ask for a replacement item to be sent


Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this to complain about the running shoes delivered by your team on 21st of June. I had ordered this footwear in which the laces are included. I have checked under the product description as it says it comes with laces and two years of warranty.

Jogging is my everyday chore for which I require these shoes, I have another pair but they are now worn out. A well cushioned shoes for one hour run are very vital for me as it doesn't cause ankle pain. I have been considering same brand for 5 years now.

The solution to this would be an ideal replacement, with exact same ordered shoes with the addons as described over your site. Please do the needful to deliver me the new ones with exchange. I am an old customer of yours, expecting a swift reply as soon as possible.
