Housing
Housing
In some countries people prefer to rent house
rather than buying them.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of
renting a home?
Dwelling has been the most vital component of life since the mankind has ever existed. Food, clothing and shelter formulate the three fundamentals. Before the industrial revolution and well before the kings dominated the society, we have been nomads. With the movement from countryside to cities, the curious case of renting or owning has confused many.
Many speculate that it is always better to live on rent, to avoid the deep stress after buying a house. The loans run behind people forever, causing them to get stuck in the forever pace of life. People are free to roam or change the home if they face any challenges. To illustrate, a troublesome neighborhood or sudden emergency financial conditions can totally wreck the balance sheet of any family. In such conditions more liquid money is available if the home-loans are avoided.
While some feel own property has a sense of freedom to change interiors or any updates, others opined in changing the house. There have been many cases in the past where the owners are quite disturbing. It has also been observed that families living on rent are often discriminated. For example, in many of the social gatherings and clubs in certain localities are only allowed to owners. A large community are firm that own house is always considered one of the bare minimum essentials, under any condition no law can disturb someone living in their own home.
To conclude it is always better to rent in any new area. I believe there are many areas to invest apart from own house, as the housing prices have already skyrocketed in maximum big cities. I would state it is always advised to stay in rented house in big cities, on the contrary it is advisable to have own home in small towns.
