Some people think that you can never learn a language unless you have spent time living or working in that country.

To what extent do you agree?

A computer translates quickly and accurately, learning foreign languages is a waste of time.

To what extent do you agree?

Few people believe they can learn any new language just by taking coaching classes for the same, for ages language has been the tool for communication, although one can understand the language, one cannot feel its warmth unless any individual actually accommodates or performs their job in the diverse region. Culture and Language go hand in hand. 

Many think that one cannot learn any ritual, beliefs as well as spoken slangs without being involved as a part of that society, which I believe to be impeccably true. One has to literally think, look, act, and react identically as the community does, additionally to understand its literals, spoken as well as written language skills, to sum up, their way of life. Language cannot be mugged up and uttered out, on the contrary it needs the understanding behind it. To learn it one definitely has to have certain time invested, to add on one has to blend uniformly into the culture. Someone has stated it perfectly " If you speak in second language with a person, you talk to their brains but if you talk in their mother tongue you enter their heart".

A huge number of technology enthusiast believe that computer can help communicating better, which I believe is not true. Translation done over any gadget can be very accurate but could create a gap caused due to cultural differences. To bridge this gap the only way to exchange information is to be one with the community, to foresee a harmony between the translational device and human.

 To conclude, it is better to mix, enroll and be part of the diverse cultures by having a physical communication, however it is been recognized by UNESCO that almost every other day some dialect dies. It is awful to underestimate the responsibility to conserve these different diversifications, which form integral parts of any terrain of the country and computer can be utilized in such conservation of a dialect.
