Recent studies have shown that sedentary lifestyle has impacted our human body in a fatalistic way. This paradigm shift in the way of living has hardly allowed our body to adapt at this fast pace. Since the dawn of human era, mankind has been known for their adaptability. The natural way of adapting to any new lifestyle does take generations, but today's fast life has only taken a small duration considering the long history of us known as hunters and gatherers.
This leaves only one solution to keep health in check, which would be to monitor our own health and exercise. Exercise is definitely a counter measure to cope up with the sedentary life style. Certain cardio and strength training do make the body burn its calories so that the impact of the sedentary life is reduced. Only exercise doesn't change the health it is also the food intake. If one cannot control food intake, the work out would hardly help. Although working out would shed many fats and calories, it would again be accommodated with the newer excess food, leading to the deposition of unwanted fats all over the body.
It is always thought that a healthy way of life would not only keep the body in shape but also prevent any prolonged diseases. It is always advisable to eat less and be healthy. Healthy lifestyle should always be promoted at with many benefits by the government. Government should always consider a healthy person and award him for his patience and commitment. It is not always easy to maintain health in this age. Subsidiary helps can be promoted for people meeting the healthy goals.
