I believe that with the rise in Information technology boom and the adaptiveness to the corporate culture, fast food has taken a humongous leap in every individual's life. It has become an eternal part of life. Fast food consists majorly of highly processed and fried food. No doubt about the great addictive taste we get as a byproduct, somehow this has to be controlled.
As mentioned, anything which consists of fat, fried, highly sugary content and quickly available comes with the huge setbacks to the human body. These foods increase the risk of cholesterol, rising the fat deposition internally for the blood vessels and externally around the whole body. This food usually comes with heavy carbohydrate, protein but low in fiber, vitamins and many other resources required for a healthy body. The deep fried oil forms a deposition everywhere can also lead to various types of cancer.
Another aspect of rise in fats would also mean human body would be more prone to cardiac problems. Cardiac issues have reached their peak in recent years since the fast food has taken over everyone's life. Rise in sugar intake has given a side effect for human bodies, getting more prone to diabetes.
The only advantage in consuming such food is when we want us to be full very quickly and change in taste once in a while. If consumed rarely, these foods can prove great as an enjoyment.
One should embrace healthy lifestyle and avoid consumption of such food. A stress-free living and calculated diet would always be a boon for any individual on a longer run.
