The gap between education in richer countries and education in poorer countries is a growing concern.

What solutions can you suggest to deal with this situation?

Education can be defined as facilitating learning, acquiring new skills, building morals, values, beliefs and habits. In modern world Education can be further classified into certain levels. For instance primary education is aimed at certain age group and with certain basic knowledge. Education is a process of building an individual. The next level which is considered is the Secondary level where in some more basic understanding and inculcation of the values is been done. Furthermore we consider the graduation, which specializes someone in certain area. Masters and Doctorate make an individual understand certain subjects, technologies or academic areas in at-most details.

As the topic says the educational gap between the richer and poorer countries, is growing concern. Its not same with all the poor countries. A view for this can be found out in a book named "Factfulness", where the author clearly explains that this notion of education gaps between countries is too much is outdated. It was true in 1960's but the indexes today show altogether a different picture. Except some countries like Afghanistan, Sudan and some countries which one can just count on fingers are impacted with the education. 

Before we go into the details of education, what should be a threshold to consider some one literate or illiterate, is something where attention to detail is required. It is not easy to define that if an individual is a graduate he or she will be considered as educated. These days getting Education is no more a tough job. With the advent of internet education has risen to another level. Everything is available over the internet. Many countries are not in the poverty line. The concern now however is how that education is utilized. Ethics should be taught more in Education henceforth. 

Most of the population is now a lower middle class these days. Bare minimum of everything is available for everyone. One must make the resources count and righteous task has to be done and achieved with this.
