Personality refers to someone's style, way of living, mindset, attitude even covering certain aspects of physical looks. This furthermore depends on the fact how certain individual has been brought up, where he or she have been interacting, most vital among them is their behavior.

Communication skills play pivotal role in shaping ones personality, however it also considers, how effectively an individual expresses. It is always crucial to consider certain aspects of communication as stated below:

2] Speaking convincingly makes others to interact openly
3] Body language should always be taken care while communicating
4] Being a good listener also has a huge impact for better communicator

Communication is the vital asset of any individual to succeed in life. It is not essential to consider someone who is unsuccessful in school cannot have a successful career. Today's education system is somehow outdated. In accordance to the change in technology, lifestyle and upgrade of essential commodities education system should also evolve. Grading system in the education system should also evolve. One has to always remember that everybody is a gifted individual, for example if you will ask a fish to race on land with a horse, it simply cannot be achieved. We shouldn't consider someone's weaknesses to define them as unsuccessful. 

If great chef Gordan Ramsey would have played football, would he have been such a star? If the best footballer Lionel Messi had been a chef would he be the face of Argentina? It is absolutely on an individual how he or she decide which way they want to head in their career. Basic primary knowledge for any student is essential for every individual. No matter what happens this knowledge is always considered in aspect of life. 

It is always believed that to succeed in life it is important to have passion. One should always see, think and act to overcome any area of his life. Life is a feedback loop system. You attempt something, fail correct it for many iterations. Life is an iterative process. One cannot give up as every iteration tunes human into a better individual. Another vital component is never give up attitude. Thus surely takes us miles ahead in life. The last factor which should be mentioned is one should always challenge his or her capabilities. Greatness is achieved outside the comfort zone. One should always remember this.
